great service , but room cleanliness could improve

Rajesh, the front office manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and always available to assist us. He made our holiday plans easy and enjoyable. Akash, the food & drinks manager, displayed remarkable attention to detail throughout our meals. We appreciated his recommendations and personal touch during our dining experience. Overall, the warm hospitality made our stay remarkable!

I loved the vibrant atmosphere near Vastrapur Lake and how easy it was to stroll over to the nearby breweries and shopping malls, making it a perfect base for someone like me who enjoys exploring the city on foot.

The vibrant Vastrapur Lake was a highlight with its jogger's park and fun rides for the kids. The location is perfect, next to a huge mall, and the staff was super friendly. Don’t miss the variety of great eateries nearby!

Everything was delightful.

My stay at Hyatt was exceptional. The staff provided a warm welcome and were highly efficient throughout my stay. The amenities, including the well-equipped business center and high-speed internet, facilitated my work needs effectively. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options, and the ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and conducive for business meetings.

Had a fantastic time with my family during our 2-night stay. We loved the amazing pool area and indulged in relaxing spa treatments, truly a perfect escape! Although the room could have used a little more attention to detail, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Can't wait to return! 🌟

The Hyatt in Ahmedabad was a blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms really stood out. Spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials like ironing facilities and a well-stocked mini-bar. The housekeeping team left lovely towel art each day, which felt special. Daily laundry service kept everything fresh. I appreciated the outdoor pool. it was a perfect little escape. The staff, especially Maya and Manasi, were outstanding. They greeted me warmly and were attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast at the Collage restaurant was a highlight—plenty of options and fresh food every day. However, the Wi-Fi was an issue. It was strong on the ground floor but very weak in my room on the higher levels. I expected better connectivity from a 5-star hotel. Another hiccup was the service during breakfast. tables weren't set up efficiently. I had to ask multiple times for salt and serviettes. Despite these minor setbacks, my overall experience was positive, largely due to the staff's effort to make my stay enjoyable.

We faced extreme delays during our check-in process. It felt like they didn’t care about assisting frequent travelers like us. Additionally, our refrigerator didn't work, making it frustrating after a long journey. The absence of communication about club level benefits left us perplexed and disappointed.

The suites are spacious, perfect for a family getaway. We loved the convenience of being near a mall for shopping. The housekeeping staff decorated the room for my parents' anniversary surprise, making it extra special. Having Ubers readily available was a plus. exploring was a breeze.

It was just a great fit for a weekend break in Ahmedabad with good price value. The staff was efficient at check-in and took my luggage to the room quickly. Be patient during breakfast as it can get crowded.

Fabulous family stay!

We had an amazing time! Our room on the 15th floor was super comfy and clean. Breakfast was a total delight, with plenty of options. The staff went above and beyond, especially Kedar, who made the whole experience special. The only little thing was the elevator took a bit longer at peak times.
